Tail Whip

Psyduck turns and, with much skill, wags his stumpy tail in his opponent's general direction. I understand that there are no recorded instances of this being effectively implimented in actual combat, but it is frequently useful in dislodging other Pokémon who might mistakenly fasten to Psyduck's stumpy tail.
